Rosalie Edson – President and Owner
Rosalie has owned Meadows Office Furniture since 1986. She has helped guide our growth to achieve sales that have exceeded $90 million annually. Her accomplishments include Top 500 Women Owned Business in the U.S., Top 12 Women Owned Business in N.Y.C., Zenith Group / Women’s President Organization, WBENC Certified, Who’s Who in America, Profiled in Forbes Magazine, Newsweek, and Newsday.

Melanie Hodgens – Executive Vice President
Melanie joined Meadows in 1985 with years of experience in senior executive management focusing on strategic planning, development and execution of internal and external processes and programs. Melanie oversees the day-to-day operations of Meadows’ five locations in the US. Her role includes working with the Director team of Meadows to ensure that all commitments, best practices and optimum results are realized by the client. Inclusive in Melanie’s role is to guide the troika of the client/Meadows/and the Manufacturer to stay focused on our strategic partnership: reviewing actual results quarterly, always seeking new opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
Pat Escobedo – Managing Director, Projects and Services
Pat has (23) years of industry experience and has been an employee of Meadows for the past 18 years. Pat has worked extensively with large national accounts: especially those with multiple project locations and multi-phased installations. Her strong organizational skills coupled with her ability to problem solve with a “can do” attitude lead Meadows to promote her to Managing Director six years ago. Her role includes being responsible for all logistical considerations and the overall performance of the Design, Project Management and Administrative departments. Pat is aware and involved in all projects being planned and being executed daily. She also serves on the senior management advisory board for Meadows.
Yvadne Bradley – Director of Sales
Yvadne joined the Meadows organization in 1999 as a Sales Representative. Her success, leadership skills and desire to help grow the Meadows organization led Meadows to promote her to Director of Sales last year. As the Director of Sales, Yvadne works closely with the sales staff, guiding and developing their skills and ensuring that they are provided the tools for personal growth and success in their sales careers. Yvadne’s team works in tandem with the Design/AutoCad, Project Management and Administrative departments of Meadows on a daily basis. Her in-depth understanding of all project related issues ensures that the best established processes in place are followed and enhanced where applicable.
Meryll Effron – Director of Marketing and Global Accounts
Meryll was the General Manager of the New Jersey office, managing all operations and sales for this division since 1998. Meryll recently took the position of Director of Marketing and Global Accounts working with Meadows’ five offices to assure consistency in communication and management approach. Prior to joining Meadows, her experience includes all aspects of sales, design and project management in the sectors of Corporate, Healthcare, and Educational markets spanning over 25 years in the contract furniture industry. When working with a client, her expertise lies in introducing and developing creative solutions as well as participating in short and long term strategic planning.
Howard Li – Director of Design
Howard brings over 15 years of experience from the architectural and design industry. Responsible for overseeing product application in developing furniture plans and specifications for the past ten years, Howard leads a talented group of project designers across our five offices. His contribution to our team approach is invaluable. Howard is routinely consulted by Haworth Corporate on new designs and workspace solutions.
Gerry Gatch – Director of Technical Services
Working in the contract furniture industry for 35 years, Gerry has experience in manufacturing, dealer services and product design/application. For the past 15 years Gerry continues to help the Meadows organization meet the challenging requirements that some of our clients experience today. Gerry has been instrumental in positioning Meadows with leading-edge technology, both in software applications and innovative approaches to technology utilization. Gerry is currently a member of Haworth’s Technology Subcommittee to the Dealer Council.
